The Tennessean had two stories Sunday looking at the use of Twitter and social media in the business world. The first is an interview with Thomas Nelson CEO Michael Hyatt, regarding his extensive use of Twitter. One omission: Hyatt’s Twitter address. It’s @MichaelHyatt. The second story, ‘Older’ generation gets up to speed with online networks, says, “online social media can be a valuable tool for business success in savvy hands.”
